Biography
Dr. Galina Da Silva, obtained her medical degree at the University of Panama. She then moved to the United States and completed her internal medicine residency at the John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, IL.
She joined Diablo Nephrology in 2014 after completing her nephrology fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Dr. Galina-Da Silva,is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. Her main interests are acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and glomerular diseases. Dr. Galina is knowledgeable in home dialysis modalities. She enjoys teaching resident physicians in a clinical hospital setting.
In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and CrossFit.
She sees patients in our Antioch and Concord offices. She is fluent in Spanish.
